02 · Choose the visit
Select an available date and follow the portal’s instructions for each pilgrim. Enter identity details only on the official website and check that names match the documents you intend to carry.
03 · Save the confirmation
Download the confirmation the portal issues. Review its reporting instructions, document requirements and cancellation rules. Keep an offline copy before travelling.
Availability and spot booking
We do not display live availability or promise entry. Check the current Board notice for any spot-booking arrangement; do not rely on a previous season’s quota.
